1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a Contributor on ToDoForFree ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Contributor Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms are in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not create or post freebies on the Platform.
2. Contributor Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to represent a business or organization.
2.2 You must provide accurate information during registration, including a valid email address and, if applicable, business details.
2.3 You represent that you have the legal right to offer the freebies you post and have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals.
3. Freebie Accuracy and Honesty
3.1 Truthful Representation
- All freebies posted must be genuine, legitimate offers that actually exist.

3.2 Accurate Information
All details must be current and correct, including:
- Location: Address, city, country, and map coordinates must be accurate
- Opening Hours: Must reflect actual business hours
- Category & Audience: Must accurately categorize the freebie
- Images: Must represent the actual freebie being offered
- Contact Information: Must be valid and responsive
3.3 Prohibited Content
You may NOT post freebies that:
- Are fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
- Require hidden fees, purchases, or undisclosed conditions
- Promote illegal activities or products
- Contain discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Are spam, duplicates, or irrelevant to the Platform's purpose
- Involve pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or similar business models
- Require users to provide sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary
4. Verification and Quality Control
4.1 Mystery Shopping and Verification
ToDoForFree reserves the right to conduct verification checks, including sending representatives ("Mystery Shoppers" or "Quality Control Staff") to physically visit your location and attempt to redeem the freebie.
- These visits may occur at any time without prior notice.
- Representatives will assess whether the freebie is available as advertised, staff honor the freebie terms, the experience matches the description on the Platform, and any stated conditions are reasonable and clearly communicated to users.
4.2 Cooperation with Verification
You agree to honor freebies redeemed by ToDoForFree representatives in the same manner as any other user. Refusing service to a representative or failing verification checks may result in immediate removal of your freebie and potential account suspension.
4.3 User Reports
Users can report inaccurate or dishonest freebies. ToDoForFree will investigate reports and may contact you for clarification. Repeated user complaints may result in removal of freebies or account termination.
5. Content Ownership and License
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you post (text, images, descriptions, etc.). You represent that you own or have the right to use all content you submit.
5.2 License to ToDoForFree
By posting a freebie, you grant ToDoForFree a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:
- Display, distribute, and promote your freebie on the Platform
- Use your freebie information in marketing materials, social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
- Modify formatting for display purposes (while maintaining accuracy)
- Share anonymized aggregate data for analytics
5.3 Removal Rights

8.2 Placement and visibility of freebies may depend on various factors including user location, search algorithms, and quality ratings.
8.3 ToDoForFree is a discovery platform, not an advertising or lead generation service.
9. Prohibited Activities
As a Contributor, you may NOT:
- Post fake or non-existent freebies
- Use the Platform to collect user data for unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, or platform algorithms
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Harass or spam users who interact with your freebies
- Use automated systems (bots) to create or manage freebies
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
10. Consequences of Violations
10.1 Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning and opportunity to correct the issue.
10.2 Freebie Removal: ToDoForFree may remove any freebie that violates these Terms without prior notice.
10.3 Account Suspension: Repeated violations or serious misconduct may result in temporary suspension of your contributor account.
10.4 Permanent Ban: Severe violations (fraud, scams, intentional deception) may result in permanent termination of your account and a ban from the Platform. Banned users may not create new accounts.
10.5 Legal Action: ToDoForFree reserves the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent activities, intellectual property violations, or other serious misconduct.
11. Liability and Disclaimers
11.1 Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the freebies you offer and any consequences arising from them. You indemnify ToDoForFree against any claims, damages, or legal issues arising from your freebies or conduct.
11.2 Platform Disclaimer: ToDoForFree is a platform connecting contributors with users; we do not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality of freebies. ToDoForFree is not liable for disputes between contributors and users.
11.3 No Warranties: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
12. Data and Privacy
12.1 Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
12.2 You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws when collecting or processing user information.
12.3 You will not request or collect sensitive personal data (credit card numbers, government IDs, etc.) unless absolutely necessary and properly secured.
